REFUNDS AND RETURN
Due to the nature of our products and the volatile exchange rate, we do not offer refund.
However, In a case of double payment as a result of a technical glitch, we are happy to issue a refund for a single payment.
Orders once paid or processed cannot be canceled. Requests for refunds due to a change in personal preference, personal scheduling conflicts will not be granted.
Exchange may be accepted ONLY if the mistake is from our end and subject to the following terms and conditions:
• You are required to notify us within 48 hours of recorded receipt of package with a detailed video recording, stating the discrepancies. Once reviewed and deemed fit for an exchange, you will be required to pick the same unit you initially requested.
• We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if the wig has been worn, styled, or cut (lace or hair)
• Any order must be returned in its original packaging.
• All shipping, handling costs, and money transfer fees will be at the customer's expense; therefore, we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation, since we are not responsible for lost packages.
• We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made.
• Fees for any expedited processing time are not refundable.
• Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be given the equivalent in store credit.
• In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange. We therefore plead for customers to adhere to the above terms and conditions for a smooth transaction process.
• Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY
Jadonna Hair and Beauty reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
