By purchasing a custom wig from Jadonna Hair and Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding processing and shipping times:
Processing Time for Custom Wigs:
The turnaround time for readily available wigs is 1-3days while the turnaround time for custom wigs or sold out product is 3-10 weeks . This period is required to ensure that your custom wig is crafted to meet our high standards of quality and precision. Processing time begins once your order and payment have been confirmed.
Flexible Payment Plan:
Our flexible payment plan is designed for clients who are still deciding on their preferred style, value premium quality, wish to secure their desired wig with ease, and prefer the convenience of spreading payments over time
To make your luxury wig purchase more convenient, Jadonna Hair and Beauty offers a flexible payment plan. By choosing this option, you agree to the following:
· A minimum deposit of 40% is required to secure your order.
· All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
· Your payment must be completed within 3 months.
· You are allowed to change your order before the completion of your payment.
· The duration of your payment plan does not include the time required to process and prepare your order. Processing starts once your payment is complete.
· Confirm your order processing time right before final payment.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping time is separate from the processing time and will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order.
You will be provided with shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. The delivery time for each option will be displayed accordingly.
Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on the carrier’s schedule and are not within our control.
Should you require a specific declared value for customs or insurance purposes, please notify us before shipping. Failure to do so may result in limited options for recovery in case of loss or damage, for which Jadonna Hair and Beauty bears no liability.
Order Confirmation and Updates:
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
A follow-up email with tracking information will be sent once your custom wig has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress until delivery.
Important Notes:
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, carrier issues, or customs processing are beyond our control. We recommend placing your order well in advance if you require your custom wig by a specific date.
